Exciting Announcement: Vintage Events Hire is moving!

We’re excited to share some important news about the next chapter for Vintage Events Hire. Over the coming weeks our business is relocating to the beautiful Riverina town of Berrigan, NSW. From our new base, we’ll be proudly servicing the Riverina region and Northern Victoria, bringing our unique vintage and rustic furniture hire collection to weddings, celebrations, and corporate events in these vibrant communities.


New Service Area: Riverina & Northern Victoria


Our relocation means we’ll soon be available for events in Berrigan, Finley, Deniliquin, Cobram, Yarrawonga, Albury, and throughout the broader Riverina region and Northern Victoria. Whether you’re planning a wedding, a milestone celebration, or a corporate function, we’re here to help make your event truly memorable with our

signature vintage style.


Taking Bookings from 1st August 2025


We’re thrilled to announce that we will begin accepting bookings for events in our new service area from 1st August 2025. If you’re planning an event in the Riverina or Northern Victoria after this date, we’d love to hear from you! Ceasing Service to Previous Areas—Effective June 2025


With this move, we will no longer be accepting new bookings in our previous service areas as part of our standard service zone, including the Southern Highlands, Sydney, Canberra, and surrounds—effective from 1st June 2025.


Supply to Other Regions


While our primary focus will be on the Riverina and Northern Victoria, we are always happy to travel to supply based on our customer needs.


Commitment to Existing Bookings


We want to reassure all our valued clients with existing bookings in our previous regions that we are fully committed to honouring every confirmed booking beyond this date. If you have a booking with us, rest assured that your event will be serviced as promised, and our team will continue to provide the high standard of service you expect from Vintage Events Hire.


Excited to Connect with Local Venues & Suppliers


One of the things we’re most looking forward to is the opportunity to connect with and work alongside local venues and suppliers. We believe in the power of collaboration and can’t wait to build new relationships within the Riverina and Northern Victoria events community. If you’re a venue coordinator or supplier in the region, we’d love to hear from you and explore how we can work together to create unforgettable experiences for our clients.
